Quality Control Manager
  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Use metrics and quality improvement tools to drive improvements and promote fact-based management.
  2. Interface with customers, regulatory agencies and certification bodies to demonstrate quality system compliance, address quality issues and proactively communicate improvement activities.
  3. Provide leadership for quality staff that includes clear direction, motivation and development of intellectual capital.
  4. Provide site support to help achieve AS9100 certification.
  5. Responsible and direction and motivation of quality staff to achieve departmental and company goals.
  6. “Hands on” technical component measurement expert.
  KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Eight to ten years experience in Quality Assurance Aerospace environment; minimum two years at QA Manager Level or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of aerospace quality systems (Industry and FAA) and requirements (e.g., AS9100, 14CFR21.303, 14CFR145.163, DO-178B, DO-254).
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Working knowledge of statistical techniques (SPC) and Total Quality Management practices and tools.
  • Understanding of Lean concepts is highly desirable.
 
 
Market Research Analyst
Fluent in Languages: Croatian, Serbian and Slovene

Aggressively research market conditions pertinent to our industry and make recommendations on target markets and strategies, not only nationally, but also on an international front.   Involves conducting market assessments and industry research via international economies, markets and companies; determining potential sales of our products and services to national and global markets; gathering, managing and reporting data to executives regarding international competitors, consumers, social and psychological market factors; analyzing prices, sales and methods of international & national marketing; make recommendations on marketing strategies and tools; as well as updating market database.
MIN REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in Languages: Croatian, Serbian and Slovene

MIN REQUIREMENTS: MASTERS DEGREE IN MARKETING OR RELATED + 1 YR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE; OR, ALTERNATIVELY, BACHELOR IN SAME + 5 YRS OF RELEVANT, POST-BA, PROGRESSIVE EXPERIENCE.
